Bought From A Retailer? Returns Versus Warranty

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or not in the condition you received them, with packaging and contents.

What You Need

For a nux.us return: your order, the item in its original packaging, and photos or a video of any problem. Photos or video of a damaged delivery speed things up.

How Long It Takes

We tell you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it. If 15 business days pass after approval, contact us.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the item shows signs of misuse or excessive wear. To exchange, return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
