How do I return items I bought from a retailer/dealer?

If you purchased NUX items through a retailer/dealer, you’ll need to return the purchase to that retailer/dealer.

Head over to our Dealers page to see a list of authorized retailers/dealers we partnered with.

How do I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you intended is to return the item you received first, and once you've received your refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Head over to your Account Hub to start the return process.

Is there a restocking fee?

A restocking fee of 15% might be subtracted from your total order for the following instances:

  • Signs of misuse or excessive wear.

If the item arrived damaged due to a shipping mishap, please document (with photos or video) how the order arrived to make it easier for us to process your exchange request.

What is your return policy for 'Open Box' items?

Items marked as 'Open Box' are considered final sale -- which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale items include: gift cards, and items tagged final sale on our website. Other exclusions may apply.

How soon can I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nux.us.

What is your returns terms and conditions?

The gist:

  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, with all the tags and content in the original packaging.
  • Providing photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue with your order or of an item you received (if any) will speed up the returns and refunding process.
