The units come pre-paired at the factory. Turn on both, and they should auto-match.

If needed, you can re-match units manually:

1. Turn both transmitter and receiver off
2. Then hold their power buttons together for ~8 seconds until their LEDs go green

Any products that operates in 2.4 GHz, which is a crowded band (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.), can experience some sort of interference in form of humming, static, or noise due to the dense radio frequency (RF) enviroment.

What you can do:

• Try re-pairing both transmitter and receiver again as NUX devices have frequency hopping technology that automatically picks the least crowded channel based on your current environment.

You can enjoy up to 4-7 hours of battery life DEPENDING on the NUX Wireless product you have.

Battery life also varies depending on usage.
