About the WST-645

Auto-On Rechargeable Clip Tuner

The WST-645 is designed around one idea: tuning should take zero extra steps. Flip it up on your headstock and it powers on automatically; tilt it back down and it shuts off — no power button to hunt for between songs. This tilt-activated design, first introduced by Cherub in 2013, has become one of the brand's signature features.

Beyond the convenience, the WST-645 packs a high-sensitivity piezo sensor for ±1 cent accuracy, five tuning modes for guitar, bass, and ukulele, and a compensated guitar tuning mode inspired by James Taylor's approach to chord intonation. A rechargeable lithium battery keeps it running for hours between USB-C charges.
