About the Duotime

Get studio-grade stereo delays and ambient textures from a pedal smaller than many single-mode stompboxes. The NUX Duotime packs the essence of legendary 80’s rack-mount effects — from classic analog bucket-brigade warmth to dreamy shimmer reverbs — into one highly musical, pedalboard-ready unit.

With five delay modes, dual independent delay lines, built-in looper, tap-tempo synchronization, and easy-to-read OLED metering, Duotime gives you everything you need to shape your tone, whether you’re creating tight rhythmic delays, lush ambient soundscapes, or complex stereo washes.

From slap-back echoes to infinite feedback washes, from vintage tape echo character to modern digital clarity — and with the power to loop, layer, and evolve your sound — Duotime is the “do-it-all” delay pedal for guitarists and tone explorers.

Product Features

5 versatile delay modes
Choose between Analog Delay (bucket-brigade style), Tape Echo (based on classic “space-echo”-style algorithms), Digi Delay (modern digital delay with a musical, slightly colored edge), Modulation Delay (lush, time-synced modulated repeats), and Verb Delay (a dreamy delay + shimmer reverb hybrid for ambient depth).

True stereo dual-delay engine

Two independent delays (Delay 1 and Delay 2), each with its own Time and Repeatcontrols, enabling complex stereo textures or rhythmic delays.

Tap-tempo & subdivision control

Tattoo your tempo with the Tap footswitch. You can also sync subdivisions of the delay (e.g. dotted, triplet, quarter-note repeats) rather than fixed milliseconds — useful for live playing and rhythm-tight grooves.

40-second stereo looper built-in
Enter loop mode (Tap + On footswitch), and you get REC / PLAY / DUB / UNDO / REDO functions. The LEVEL knob doubles as a loop-volume control. Great for practice, layering, or creating ambient textures.

OLED display for clarity
Shows current delay mode and delay time (in ms or BPM), helping you dial in exact settings and recall them easily even in live contexts.

Compact form factor, sturdy build
Stereo I/O (dual ¼" inputs & outputs) plus USB for firmware updates, all in a pedal size that fits a standard pedalboard.

Wide delay time range

Depending on mode and settings, the delay time can span from short slap-back and modulation delays to long ambient repeats (up to ~1800 ms via Tap Tempo).
